3 room Flat For Rent. Gldani

Details

Description

For rent a 3-room apartment in Gldani, Khergian Street, No. 3, IV Microdistrict, 5th floor. The apartment area is 54 sq.m. and is rented only to a girl. Rented urgently, at half price, for 3 months — from October to December inclusive. I am going abroad and renting out my own apartment, where I live myself. Personal belongings remain in the apartment, so I am looking for a reliable, tidy, and quiet person who will take care of it as if it were their own. No pets. The apartment has all the necessary conditions for living, with a large balcony. Quiet neighborhood, excellent views of the city, Badashir Ridge, and Mtskheta. No need to go anywhere to watch the sunset. Shops and pharmacies are nearby. 15 minutes walk to the metro. Price for the entire period — $1050. First and last month paid in advance.
