These terms govern the use of the Qiralo service and the data published on it. Please review them before using the service.
What is Qiralo
Qiralo is a long-term apartment rental aggregator in Georgia. The service automatically collects listings from various public sources, merges duplicates, and provides a convenient search interface. Qiralo does not post listings on its own behalf and is not a party to any rental transaction.
Data sources
Listings are collected from publicly available sources: real estate websites and public Telegram channels. Qiralo does not create or edit listing content — the service displays information published by authors on the original platforms.
Accuracy and timeliness
Listing information (prices, descriptions, photos, addresses) is provided as is based on data from the sources. Qiralo does not guarantee its completeness, accuracy, or timeliness. An apartment may already be rented, the price may have changed, or the description may be inaccurate. Always verify information at the original source before making decisions.
AI processing
Listing texts are processed using language models (AI): structured data is extracted (number of rooms, district, rental terms, etc.) and descriptions are translated into other languages. The results of automated processing may contain inaccuracies. In case of discrepancies, refer to the original listing text.
Third-party rights
Listing texts, photographs, and video materials belong to their authors and source platforms. Qiralo displays these materials as part of information aggregation. These terms do not grant users the right to use such materials outside the service.
Rental price statistics
The Rental Prices section contains calculated statistics based on aggregated listings. The data may be freely used, quoted, and published provided that Qiralo is credited as the source and an active link to the corresponding service page is included.
Accounts and subscriptions
Certain features (favorites, notification subscriptions) require authentication via Telegram. Subscriptions allow users to receive notifications about new listings matching specified filters. Users may cancel subscriptions or delete their account at any time. Authorization sessions have a limited lifespan and are automatically extended with active use.
Permitted use
The service is intended for personal, non-commercial use for the purpose of finding rental housing. The following is prohibited: mass automated data collection (scraping), API reverse engineering, systematic copying of content to build proprietary databases or competing services, and presenting Qiralo's data as your own.
Disclaimer
Qiralo is a search tool and is not responsible for decisions made based on the service's information, for the actions of landlords or tenants, or for losses related to inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated information. All rental transactions are conducted directly between the parties, without Qiralo's involvement.
Changes to terms
Qiralo reserves the right to update these terms. The current update date is shown at the top of this page. By continuing to use the service after the terms are changed, you agree to the current version.
