Nearby, there is a large 🏪 Agrohub and Carrefour, all major grocery stores + many vegetable stalls, bakeries, and pharmacies. 🛏 The room has a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, mirror, and desk. 🛋 The apartment has a large kitchen with a gas stove, refrigerator, and storage space. The living room has air conditioning, a TV, a large dining table, two sofas, armchairs, and a balcony. The bathroom has a shower and a washing machine. The apartment has gas heating. 👥 Besides you, there are two guys living in other rooms, one works remotely, the other offline. We don't mind guests and cozy joint activities. 🧹 We value cleanliness and clean together on a schedule. 🚫🐕🐈‍⬛ Pets are not allowed. 💵 The cost is $280 per month + utilities + a deposit of $150 (there is an option to split it over 2 months).
