Main
- Saburtalo — first place for electricity and water.
- Gldani in the upper part for all three services: fourth for electricity and water, second for gas.
- Digomi — first for gas, third for electricity.
- Samgori — second for water, many gas notifications. Isani — fifth for electricity, sixth for water.
- Varketili — second for electricity, water and gas almost do not bother.
- Electricity and water are mainly disconnected emergency, without schedule. Gas is more often disconnected planned, and warned in advance.
This is not a ranking of "bad" districts: in large districts, notifications are more frequent because there are more houses and networks. But if choosing between two similar apartments, it is useful to know which services are disconnected more often in the district.

Note: Numbers for 2025 are underestimated because GWP changed the website in 2025 and data on the new site is incomplete.
Gas
Tbilisi Energy indicates district, number of subscribers, and recovery time. For 2025–2026, there are 56 notifications: 33 planned (network reconstruction) and 23 emergency.

How to check an apartment before renting
- Ask the owner or neighbors: how often water, electricity, and gas were turned off over six months and for how long.
- Check supplies: boiler, water tank, electric heater in case of gas outage, power bank, and flashlight.
- Consider the floor: water disappears first on upper floors when pressure drops.
- Clarify who pays for emergency repairs inside the house: if the cause is in the house, not in the network, the owner is responsible.
