I am looking for a replacement for a separate room in a private house. The house is located at the intersection of the Vake and Vera districts - a 10-minute walk to the Round Garden and a 15-minute walk to the Rustaveli metro station. The room has its own bathroom. There are no windows, but there is a ventilation system: it retains heat in winter and coolness in summer. There is a large space for storing things, a 1.5-bed. In the common area, there is a large dining table, a fully equipped kitchen, a washing machine, a fireplace, and additional storage space. There are three varieties of grapes growing on the property.
