Cons: - no air conditioning, but it’s not hot inside because direct sunlight only from 8 to 9 - the building is on a hill / stairs; but if you drive, the apartment is on the first floor level Pros: - official contract (for a year) - the landlady is very nice, ready to help, including buying something for the apartment; lives far away and does not bother.
